A premium aperitif that combines the zesty and slightly bitter notes of grapefruit and pomelo with the fragrant and delicate flavors of elderflower. Best served as a Pomelle Spritz, with one part Pomelle, two parts Sparkling Wine, a Dash of Soda, served over ice with a wedge of grapefruit.
